TEMPE, Ariz. – Sun Devil women's golf heads to Hawai'i's big island for the Pac-12 Preview (Oct. 24-25), their final tournament of the fall 2016 season.
With the Pac-12 boasting three of the nation's top five schools and five of the top-25, the Devils will once again face a strong field.
The tournament, taking place at Kailua-Kona's Nanea Golf Club, is hosted by the University of Hawai'i and is rounded out by the Pac-12's 11 women's golf teams.
This week, Golfweek ranks ASU at No. 16 while the rest of the field includes No. 1 UCLA, No. 3 Stanford, No. 5 USC, No. 24 Cal, No. 29 Arizona, No. 31 Oregon, No. 45 Colorado, No. 55 Washington, No. 63 Washington State, No. 65 Oregon, and host No. 147 Hawai'i.
The Sun Devils will keep the same lineup from the past two tournaments with Sophia Zeeb, Olivia Mehaffey, Linnea Strom, Monica Vaughn, and Roberta Liti representing ASU.
The teams play 54 holes over the two-day period, 36 on Monday and 18 on Tuesday on the par-73, 6,112-yard course with a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start each day.
